The Investment Association (the “IA”) and Fundipedia Limited (“Fundipedia”) have made available to the general public on a dedicated website powered by Fundipedia (the “Website”) the IA’s common shareclass register (the “Common Shareclass Register”) which compiles data regarding UK investment funds’ operated and/or managed by IA members and/or other firms within the financial services industry [(the “Common Shareclass Register Website”)]. In order to access the data, users are required to expressly agree to these terms of use (“Terms of Use”).
The Common Shareclass Register Website has been made available for information purposes only of a general nature and is not intended to address the circumstances of any particular individual or entity. The IA Common Shareclass Register Website does not constitute professional advice of any kind and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind. Users should not act upon the information contained in the Common Shareclass Register Website without obtaining specific professional advice. The IA and Fundipedia accepts no duty of care to any person in relation to Common Shareclass Register Website and accepts no liability for your reliance on the information contained in the Common Shareclass Register Website.
